York Music Hub - Partner Project Fund, September 2024 to August 2025
If you are looking for financial support for a project about making music with and for young people up to 19 years old, the Hub may be able to help. We maintain a Partner Project Fund, which makes grants to schools and other organisations, for projects that meet our eligibility criteria. Examples of projects that we have funded in the past include the Southbank MAT Festival of the Arts, Shepherd Group Youth Band, the YPA Jazz Summer School, Songwires and the Big Sing.
Further details of the eligibility criteria are provided in the Guidance for Applicants. We are
keen to support initiatives that meet our strategic aims which are:
If your idea doesn’t seem to be covered or you want to talk through the possibilities please email us on info@yorkmusichub.org.uk
We have tried to make it as simple as possible to apply for a grant. All you need to do is complete the online Google form and send us a fully itemised budget for the project at info@yorkmusichub.org.uk. We may be in touch to ask for further details, but, if not, you will receive a reply within 2 to 4 weeks letting you know whether your application has been successful.
You should be aware that funds are limited and that if we are not able to provide support, it
may be because we have already allocated all the money available in any particular financial
year. Don’t assume that it is because we didn’t like your proposal!
Please download and read the Funding Guidelines before applying.
Complete and submit your Proposal Form electronically at the following link:
YMH Partner Project Fund - 2024-25 Proposal Form (for projects between 1 September 2024 and 31 August 2025).
